As a food engineer in South Korea, Jaehyoung Jeong 정재형 spent thirteen hours a day behind his desk. He began dreaming of raising vegetables on his own organic farm. When he visited Darvell Bruderhof in England in 2010, he hoped to find ideas in the community’s garden, and by 2015 he and his wife Hyeyoung 전혜영 and four sons had joined the Bruderhof community. They now live at Fox Hill Bruderhof, and have welcomed a daughter into their family.
