Sister Noëlla Marcellino, OSB, is a nun of the Abbey of Regina Laudis in Bethlehem, Connecticut, a contemplative Benedictine community dedicated to the praise of God through prayer, hospitality, and stewardship of their land. She is an artisanal cheesemaker and holds a doctorate from the University of Connecticut in microbiology, specializing in the biodiversity of cheese-ripening fungi isolated from traditional French cheese. Sister Noëlla was appointed and installed as prioress at Our Lady of the Rock Monastery on Shaw Island, Washington, in September 2020.
