Meir Soloveichik is the senior rabbi of Congregation Shearith Israel in Manhattan, the oldest Jewish congregation in the United States. He serves as director of the Straus Center for Torah and Western Thought at Yeshiva University, and is a senior fellow at the Tikvah Fund.
