It seems fair to say that we are only at the beginning of the transition from an electric age to a digital age. It took centuries for medieval man to become modern man, and the shift from electric humanity to digital humanity is perhaps the most rapid and sweeping change we have ever undergone. Our response to this, as individuals and as a church, must be not to search for enemies – robotic or otherwise – but to look instead to the ways, old and new, that God is making himself known to us through the world he has made.

There’s more to technology than what we perceive on the surface, good and bad.
